Supporter purchases
Supporter purchases fund server operations and provide the listed time-limited community benefits. They do not grant ownership or competitive advantages.
Requesting help
If a purchase is duplicated, unauthorized, or not activated after verified payment, contact staff through Discord with the Stripe receipt identifier. Do not share full payment-card details.
Refund review
Requests will be reviewed according to applicable consumer law, the benefit already delivered, and the circumstances of the transaction. Chargebacks made without first contacting support may delay investigation.
